On my way to the Sunshine State…..MacDill AFB!!!
Congrats to “I Killed” raffle book winners!! Claire Ochs, Taylor Nutter, Deborah Ortiz Yi, Diego and Corey Owens!!
On Thursday, I head to Tampa, Florida, the home Busch Gardens and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers AND…..MacDill Air Force Base!! Consisting of the 6th Air Refueling Wing, MacDill is organized into five groups: Operations, Maintenance, Mission Support, Medical, and the Wing Staff. Team MacDill includes 28 associate units from all branches of service to include U.S. Central Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, and the 927th Air Refueling Wing. The presence of these two unified commands and other Mission Teammates creates a unique multi-service community at MacDill, with all branches of service represented. So, although MacDill is an Air Force Base, it is also home to many soldiers, sailors, Marines and coast guardsman.
I will be delivering my resiliency training to the fine men and women in uniform at 0900 hours on Friday 12 August. See you There!!

I’m back at it! Currently at Las Vegas Harry Reid International airport heading to the Peach State…Georgia!! On Wednesday, I will spend the afternoon with the drill instructors for the Fort Benning Ranger Training Brigade. The brigade conducts transformational training to develop and deliver competent and capable Rangers, Parachutists, Jumpmasters, and Reconnaissance Leaders to enable the U.S. Army and the Joint Force to prevail in combat. Thank you to Oskar Schlomer and Theresa Sanchez for bringing my resiliency program back to your base. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday 13 July at 1pm!!
