Original post: I am en route to the Lone Star State to the “Sun City” of El Paso, Texas. Fort Bliss, a US Army post in the state of New Mexico and Texas is the second largest military installation of the US Army. It also has the biggest contiguous tract of unrestricted airspace in United States, which is mainly used for artillery training and missile testing. 90% of Fort Bliss training grounds, as well as several base camps, are located in New Mexico. Fort Bliss is home of over 38,500 active duty military personnel, as over 39,000 of these soldier’s family members, and over 1,000 reservists. It is also the home of over 13,000 civilians.

I spoke to you after the show, I was the only a-hole who clapped after asking if we were pissed off to be there, I personally am at the crossroads of my life being ruined by alcohol I really appreciated your honesty and passion about the subject from experience. meeting people like you helps me carry on with recovery and i’m truly inspired by seeing hardworking impressive people with a history of alcohol and substance abuse you understand. and of course you know how much it means when people like us feel so along for so long. thank you for the positivity and the laughs. god bless
