What an amazing day today at 0700 and 1500 performing for the amazing Airmen and civilians at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. It is an honor to not only provide laughter but to join the great safety team with a focus on resiliency and safety as we enter this 4 day holiday ahead. It is always humbling when a crowd stands to acknowledge the team’s efforts. Thankful and grateful! See pics from the trainings below!

Being not a very vain person, I don’t mind showing you the before and after pics of my TOOTH! I must admit I was truly panicked, When following an outstanding morning show for the Airmen and civilians at Barksdale Air Force base I broke a tooth while eating a salad before my 2nd show . I make a longshot phone call to Shreveport /Bossier Family Dental Care. I was greeted with grace and kindness on the phone and told to” come in, we will see what we can do on short notice”. Lo and behold Dr Anna Hastings was able to rebuild my tooth, and even tossed in a facial and tuck, shaving six weeks off my age. To Dr Hastings, Malynda, Anna, Laura, Erin, Ashley and April from Shreveport-Bossier Family Dental Care : Your tremendous service professionalism and over all friendliness makes family dental care a place to fill all your dental needs.

I really appreciate your topic today, especially when you spoke of your brother’s suicide. It is important to stay strong delete the ‘victim’ mindset; not to vainly participle in the rat race, but for your own honor. Again, thank you Bernie – it was the best (ie most relevant) safety briefing I’ve been too thus far. Oh yeah btw, I was there lol 😀
