This is my first journey to the Glen Annex. The Forest Glen Annex is a 136-acre U.S. Army installation in the Forest Glen neighborhood of Silver Springs, MD USA. It is situated between Brookville Road and Linden Lane. Since 1999, the Annex has been the site of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) and the Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC). I look forward to meeting everyone. Let’s share a few laughs and have a safe holiday.

Greetings. I am a civilian with WRAIR who attended your comedy session this morning at Forest Glen Annex. Great show. I have known many folks that have fought the alcohol addiction. One of my peers here has been sober ten years now. Have a positive and productive holiday. Stay safe.
Thank you for coming out today and delivering your message. When I was in command I had a Soldier undergo every treatment that we offered at the time (both inpatient and outpatient). He struggled with alcohol daily and took his life 4 years and 3 days ago while intoxicated over a failed relationship. I wish he could have taken part in your program.
Humorous way to present a very powerful message….enlightening.
You show was great. It hit home for me. I had a Buddy who committed suicide in Fort Sam. It was also alcohol related among other things. Your show is an eye opener for allot of these young troops. Keep it up.
Engaging way to promote a powerful message.
Funny guy with a serious message. Well done.
Thank you for sharing your experiences. You have a powerful delivery of an important message. I enjoyed your show and appreciate your being here today. Keep up the good work.
I came to your 0930 session and thought that you gave an excellent performance. You made me laugh during a difficult holiday season, and your story touched my heart. Great job and message for our troops. Thank you!
Awesome job. Thank you for the delivery of an important message in a way that it will be heard.
sometimes you receive a message
sometimes you ARE the message
thank you for sharing your personal struggles with us today. It didn’t feel like training but it did feel like a heartfelt lesson. You definitely hit home today.
Please come again next year!
Thank you so much for the message. You had everyones attention with the laughs but kept the attention of everyone when it came time to give the serious message of how drugs and alcohol can affect not only your life but those around you. Thank you once again. I hope that you are able to come again to give another great message.
Best ASAP training yet. Thank you for sharing such a powerful story.
Hi Bernie!!! It’s first time after your show I realized that Comedy is indeed one of the best ways to cure and heal people’s emotional ailments. Keep up the great work!!!!! Thank you so much….
Your story will forever echo in my head. You are a truly remarkable person to get in front of an audience and be able to talk about your personal life so that other don’t make the same mistakes. A real positive and entertaining way to catch people’s attention so that the real message can come through. Thank you for coming.
I was at your 09:30 presentation and just wanted to thank you for coming out to Forest Glen today. You are a great comedian with a powerful message that hits very close to home. Thank you for sharing with us, it’s been a hard few months and the laughs helped a lot, best training in a long time.
I felt a higher sense of responsibility and respect for how my actions effect my “happiness and success”. Thank you for your message and taking the time to tell your story. It really resonated with me. Next time bring Sean. I’m officially a fan of you and your brother. 🙂
