This Friday, I cross the Atlantic Ocean to visit our US Troops in Poland and Germany!! I land in Nurenberg on Saturday and will immediately be transported across the border into Poland to visit our troops stationed there for a presentation on Sunday. Then I will head back to Germany for a few training presentations at Grafenwoehr and Vilsek on Monday and Tuesday. Check back for updates on my visit!
Bernie: Was it great comic Victor Borge who said, “Tragedy plus time=comedy”? I just saw you a few minutes ago and as a mental health professional here in Vilseck/Rose Barracks, was so touched and inspired by your great act. Laughter and humor are SO important and am happy some of my esteemed coworkers could attend this. I used to do amateur stand up comedy, so would love to get a copy of the book. Am hoping to get some improv comedy going on the Graf and Vilseck bases to help build confidence, self esteem and mindfulness skills.
