Sorry for your troubled experiences, but it takes even more courage to do what you’ve done since then. Awesome show! Thank you for sharing it with us. My pops has been sober for 10yrs now, and my brother died in a DUI related incident. I know parts of that struggle. To be able to use those experiences the way you do is true genius. I really appreciate when people take the time out of their busy schedule to come visit the troops. Thank you for sharing your life story with us. My brother is challenged as well and lives in a group home. Its hard to see him because I am gone so much for the military but I would really like to have the relationship that you have with your brother. It means a lot that you would take your life’s challanges and give them such a positive notion.
Truely inspiring! All of the Airmen that were in attendance today were extremely pleased and inspired by your honesty and levity. Many us have experienced similar minor periods of our lives that have had devistating consequences, but very few are willing to be brave enough to share them with anyone who will listen. And even fewer have the ability to deliever that message in such an effective manner. Thank you for sharing with us.

I have to agree with my classmates it was the best hour in NCOA. I held myself back from crying a couple of times but I really appreciate you coming out to speak to us and for the laughs and stories. Enjoy the rest of the time in Europe and hopefully they take your suggestion to move the back pain medicine up a few shelves. 🙂 Thanks!
