What an amazing day today at 0700 and 1500 performing for the amazing Airmen and civilians at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. It is an honor to not only provide laughter but to join the great safety team with a focus on resiliency and safety as we enter this 4 day holiday ahead. It is always humbling when a crowd stands to acknowledge the team’s efforts. Thankful and grateful! See pics from the trainings below!

Being not a very vain person, I don’t mind showing you the before and after pics of my TOOTH! I must admit I was truly panicked, When following an outstanding morning show for the Airmen and civilians at Barksdale Air Force base I broke a tooth while eating a salad before my 2nd show . I make a longshot phone call to Shreveport /Bossier Family Dental Care. I was greeted with grace and kindness on the phone and told to” come in, we will see what we can do on short notice”. Lo and behold Dr Anna Hastings was able to rebuild my tooth, and even tossed in a facial and tuck, shaving six weeks off my age. To Dr Hastings, Malynda, Anna, Laura, Erin, Ashley and April from Shreveport-Bossier Family Dental Care : Your tremendous service professionalism and over all friendliness makes family dental care a place to fill all your dental needs.

Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor – the host command for the Navy’s fleet throughout West Puget Sound

What a wonderful week I’ve had in Washington State! On Friday, I travel to Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. Naval Base Kitsap serves as the host command for the Navy’s fleet throughout the West Puget Sound and provides base operating services, including support for surface ships and submarines homeported at Bremerton and Bangor. Thank you to USPCFLT and MACS Feliciano for bringing the program and for your dedication to prevention and education among our fine Navy! I will be at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor at the Bangor Theater on Friday at 0900 and 1300 hrs.

Building 2000 was rocking today! Thank you NAVAL Station Everett for such an amazing reception and response to today’s program!! A special thanks to Command Master Chief Wojcivik for filling the theater and to to USPCFLT for bringing me here and CSC Parrott for taking good care of me on base. See pics from the training below!! Dedicated in 1994, NAVSTA Everett is the U.S. Navy’s most modern shore installation and was efficiently designed to homeport a carrier strike group, including one nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and six surface ships. COOL!! Everett has one of only two Navy-owned deep water ports on the West Coast of the continental United States.
